Day 8 of 21 Day Meditation Challenge - The Body-Mind Connection

Day 8 Meditation - Day 5 for me.

The Body-Mind Connection. In today’s meditation the intent was to experience divine qualities, including love, gratitude, compassion, joy, ecstasy, peace, and equanimity. Deepak Chopra is so amazing. The time seemed to stand still. Only around the end did time enter my mind. I was in a full state of consciousness. My body is more relaxed today. Just as I intended, I was blessed with peace.
